The programme is designed for people with no previous flight experience. Applications open today and will remain open until the end of May. Everyone who successfully complete the programme will be offered first officer job with Xfly thereafter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">We at Xfly, where we offer ACMI flight services, are seeing growth again for the first time after the two years of the pandemic. Its fleet currently consists of 15 aircraft and is expected to grow further later this year. The MPL training programme aims specifically to train pilots to operate ATR72 turboprop-powered aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Jan Palmer, our CEO, says air traffic is clearly on the road to recovery and that training new pilots is one of the company\u2019s strategic goals. \u201cThere\u2019s obvious growth in demand for pilots on the market, and not just as a stopgap measure, but for the longer term,\u201d he explained. \u201cFor young people today, a career as a pilot is one of the quickest and most exciting ways of gaining a specialised vocation. We will be offering work to everyone who completes the training and passes it with flying colours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">\u201dThe partnership&nbsp;with&nbsp;Xfly&nbsp;is highly international, which is a good indication of our ability to serve our foreign airline customers. In addition, we are now expanding our MPL training portfolio to include ATR 72 aircraft\u201d, says&nbsp;Mats&nbsp;Warstedt&nbsp;Senior Vice President, Market Area Nordics in Patria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">Patria Pilot Training, which is partly owned by the Finnish state, is one of Europe\u2019s best known and most successful aviation schools, boasting many years of experience in training new pilots.
