NAG again supports employees participating in Kevadtorm event

For the second year in a row, Nordic Aviation Group is encouraging its employees to participate in Estonia’s largest military exercise Spring Storm (Kevadtorm), which will take place on May 6-17, by fully reimbursing the salaries of its reservists.

The company believes that in today’s geopolitical situation it is important to recognize, thank and support all those people who are ready to actively participate in the defense of our country. With this step Nordic Aviation Group wants to be a responsible employer and a good example for other airlines in Europe.

Nordic Aviation Group, which is owned by the Estonian state, operates flights for other airlines under two brands – Xfly and Nordica – and employs 700 aviation professionals across Europe. The Group currently operates a fleet of 19 aircraft, including ATR72-600, CRJ900 and Airbus A320.

Estonian Aviation Group actively recruits new specialists through its career portal jobs.nagroup.ee and trains new pilots through its MPL training program.

Estonia’s largest military exercise, Spring Storm (Kevadtorm) 2024, will take place as part of NATO’s large-scale Steadfast Defender exercise, during which the allies will practice transferring troops from North America to Europe.
